Samira Farouni
I am Samira Farouni (Sam), and I serve as the Head of Customer Services and Relations at Group S Belgium. In my professional role, I focus on managing customer interactions and ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of service.
In addition to my job, I am deeply involved with the Lymphangiomatosis & Gorham’s Disease Alliance (LGDA).
My dedication to the LGDA is personal; my daughter was diagnosed with a Complex Lymphatic Anomaly (CLA) when she was three years old.
This experience has fueled my passion for advocating for better support and resources for parents and children affected by CLAs. I am committed to raising awareness, providing support, and fighting for improved care and treatment options for those impacted by these rare diseases. Balancing my roles at Group S and the LGDA allows me to pursue my professional career while also making a meaningful difference in the lives of families facing similar challenges.
