Lymphatic disorders have been described as lymphangiomatosis, Gorham-Stout disease, lymphangiectasia, central conducting lymphatic anomaly, lymphatic malformation, kaposiform lymphangiomatosis and, generalized lymphatic anomaly.
A classification system for vascular anomalies was updated classification was approved at the May, 2018 General Assembly in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
