We're calling artists of all ages to pick up their pencils, brushes, or digital tools and join us in a journey of creativity, community, and hope. The MDBR T-shirt Design Contest is more than just an art competition; it's an opportunity for you to be a part of a larger movement, driving research and awareness for Complex Lymphatic Anomalies.
Who Can Participate?
Whether you're a budding artist, a creative enthusiast, or someone passionate about making a difference, we have a spot for you! Our contest is divided into two age groups to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to showcase their talent:
- Up to 12 Years Old: Immerse yourself in a world of bright colors and bold imagination. Let your creativity take flight as you draw inspiration from the example themes designed just for you!
- 13 to 18 Years Old: Express your thoughts, dreams, and ideas through your art. Your design can be a powerful voice for change and hope.
All patients, their families, and their friends are all welcome to participate.
Themes That Inspire
Our themes are not just about creating appealing designs; they're about conveying a message, sharing a story, and kindling hope for the future.
- For the Younger Artists: Dive into a "Wonderland of Hope" or become a "Superhero of Strength." Your artwork can be a beacon of joy and courage!
- For the Teen Artists: Let your designs speak volumes as you explore "Unity in Diversity" or visualize "Innovation and Hope." Your creativity has the power to move hearts and minds!
How to Submit Your Masterpiece
Submitting your design is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- Create: Design your artwork based on the theme for your age group. Remember, the size should be no larger than 8" by 11".
- Submit: Upload your artwork to our Google Form.
- Impact: By participating, you're not just showcasing your talent; you're contributing to a vital cause. Your design could be the next symbol of hope and support for individuals affected by Complex Lymphatic Anomalies.
No names or diagnosis should be on the artwork. We'll ask for the artists first name when it's uploaded.
Prizes, Recognition, and More!
Winners will not only receive exciting prizes but will also see their designs featured on official MDBR merchandise. All LGDA proceeds from the T-shirt sale goes towards our 2024 MDBR goal! Imagine the pride of wearing or seeing others wear a T-shirt that carries your design and message!
